Purchase
You can find our products on our website, www.3furries.my.
If you happen to be in Desa Parkcity, do drop by our showroom where you can find our
products and buy directly from us. The opening hours of our showroom are the following:
Monday – Friday : 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 12pm – 5pm
Sunday : Closed
You are also welcome to make an appointment to come and visit us outside of the opening
hours.
We are constantly looking for more distribution partners. We will update our partner list as
soon as there are new additions. So do check out our website regularly for updates.
Delivery within Desa Parkcity (DPC) is complementary. Outside of DPC, a delivery charge will
be added for purchases below RM100.
If you plan to visit DPC, you can order online and collect your order from our showroom.
Just let us know when you plan to drop by.
Storage
Our products have gone through scientifically proven sterilisation process to destroy all
microbiomes without compromising the quality and taste of the food. Therefore, you can
store them at room temperature, ideally no more than 30°C.
The best way is to keep in cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, consume
immediately or store in the refrigerator. Discard if pouch is broken, expanded, has air leak,
or has unusual odour from the contents.
Do check the product when you first receive it to make sure it is in good condition. If you do
not intend to consume it immediately, please store it in a cool place without direct sunlight.
If subsequently, it expands and/or leaks, please discard it.
Return and Refund
Certainly! Just send us a video showing the pouch is broken, expanded or has air leak. We
will send you replacement products or refund you the money.
Consumption
The brews can be given to your furry kid daily. However, please note that they are meant to
be a supplement to your pet’s complete and balanced meal. Give it to your furkid as a
special treat after a meal or add it to their meal as an added nutritional boost.
While supplemental brews can play a supportive role in supporting overall well-being of
your furry friend, they are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Seeking timely
veterinary care ensures that the medical issue is properly evaluated and managed.
